Professional Behavior

All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times.

Participants must:

  • Treat instructors, staff, and fellow participants with respect
  • Communicate appropriately and professionally
  • Follow all instructions provided by the instructor or training staff
  • Maintain a positive and cooperative learning environment

Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are not permitted during any training session (in-person or virtual):

  • Disruptive or disrespectful behavior
  • Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination of any kind
  • Use of inappropriate, offensive, or abusive language
  • Failure to follow instructor directions or training guidelines
  • Engaging in unsafe practices during hands-on or demonstration activities
  • Recording or distributing training content without permission

Virtual Training Expectations

For virtual or online sessions, participants must:

  • Remain present and engaged during the session
  • Use appropriate names and identification when logged in
  • Avoid distractions that interfere with participation
  • Maintain professional conduct in chat, audio, and video interactions

Dress Code (If Applicable)

For in-person or skills-based training:

  • Participants may be required to wear appropriate attire (e.g., scrubs, closed-toe shoes, or safety equipment)
  • Clothing should be professional, appropriate, and safe for the training environment

Consequences of Policy Violations

Anagail Health Training Institute reserves the right to take action if a participant violates this policy.

Actions may include:

  • Verbal or written warning
  • Removal from the training session
  • Denial of a Certificate of Completion
  • Restriction from future training programs

Participants removed due to misconduct are not eligible for a refund.


Safety & Learning Environment

All participants share responsibility for maintaining a safe and respectful environment. Any behavior that compromises safety or disrupts the learning experience may result in immediate removal.

Acknowledgment

By enrolling in a training program, participants agree to follow this Student Conduct Policy and understand the consequences of non-compliance.
