Attendance & Participation Policy

At Anagail Health Training Institute, active participation is essential to ensure successful learning outcomes and proper completion of training programs.


Attendance Requirements

Participants are expected to attend all scheduled training sessions in full, whether delivered in-person or virtually.

To successfully complete a course and receive a Certificate of Completion, participants must:

  • Attend the full duration of the training
  • Participate in course activities as required
  • Complete any assigned exercises, assessments, or skill demonstrations (if applicable)

Late Arrival

Participants who arrive late may miss important course content.

  • Entry into the session may be permitted at the instructor’s discretion
  • Time missed may impact eligibility for a Certificate of Completion

Early Departure

Participants who leave a training session early may not meet completion requirements.

  • Leaving before the session ends may result in no certificate being issued

Missed Sessions

  • Participants who miss a scheduled training session are considered no-shows
  • Missed sessions are not eligible for refunds
  • A reschedule may be requested in accordance with the Refund & Returns Policy

Virtual Training Participation

For online or virtual training sessions:

  • Participants must be present and engaged for the full session
  • A stable internet connection and access to required technology is the participant’s responsibility
  • Failure to remain present or actively participate may result in incomplete status

Certificate Eligibility

Certificates of Completion are issued only to participants who meet attendance and participation requirements.

Partial attendance does not qualify for certification or course completion.
