Refund & Returns Policy

Anagail Health Training Institute, a division of Anagail Care Services LLC, is committed to providing high-quality continuing education, professional development training, and educational materials. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations, refunds, returns, and course access.
1. Training Programs (Anagail Health Training Institute Courses)
Registration & Payment
Enrollment in a training program secures your seat in the selected course. Full payment is required prior to the start of the training unless otherwise stated.
Participant Cancellations
- Cancellations made at least three (3) business days before the scheduled training may be eligible for:
- A reschedule, or
- A credit toward a future training session (valid for 90 days)
- Cancellations made less than three (3) business days before the training, or failure to attend (no-show), are not eligible for a refund or credit
After Course Access or Start
No refunds will be issued once:
- The training session has begun, OR
- Access to course materials or online training has been provided
Cancellations by Anagail
If Anagail Health Training Institute cancels or reschedules a training due to unforeseen circumstances (such as instructor availability or low enrollment), participants may:
- Transfer to a future session, OR
- Receive a full refund to the original payment method
2. Continuing Education Courses (CEUs – Activated Insights)
Some continuing education courses offered through this website are provided by Activated Insights, a third-party continuing education provider.
- All CEU course purchases are final once access has been issued
- CEU course access, completion, and certificates are managed by Activated Insights
- Anagail Health Training Institute does not issue CEUs for these courses
Participants are responsible for verifying CEU acceptance with their employer, licensing board, or regulatory agency prior to purchase.
3. Digital Materials
This includes downloadable resources such as guides, manuals, templates, and course-related materials.
- All digital material purchases are non-refundable once accessed or delivered
- If you experience technical issues, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for assistance
4. Physical Products (Books, Manuals, Training Materials)
This includes printed materials such as textbooks, workbooks, manuals, and training kits.
- Items may be returned within 10 days of delivery
- Items must be:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In original packaging and condition
Return Eligibility
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used materials
- Training kits or materials requiring sanitary handling
- Items marked as final sale
- Items not reported within 48 hours if damaged or incorrect
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for replacement.

Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected.

5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Completed or partially completed training programs
- CEU courses (after access has been issued)
- Digital downloads once delivered
- Missed training sessions without prior notice
- Administrative or processing fees
