  • Anagail Health Training Institute does not develop or issue CEUs for these courses
  • Anagail Health Training Institute may curate, promote, or facilitate access to these courses
  • All course content, CEU approvals, and certification processes are managed by the third-party provider

CEU Issuance

  • CEUs are issued directly by the third-party provider upon successful course completion
  • Certificates associated with CEU courses are provided by the third-party provider, not Anagail Health Training Institute
  • CEU eligibility and completion requirements are determined by the third-party provider

Course Access & Platform

  • After purchase, participants will receive instructions on how to access their course through the third-party platform
  • Participants are responsible for completing the course within the guidelines provided by the third-party provider

No Guarantee of Acceptance

Anagail Health Training Institute does not guarantee that CEUs will be accepted by:

  • Employers
  • Licensing boards
  • Certification agencies
  • Regulatory organizations

Participants are responsible for verifying CEU acceptance prior to enrollment.

Refund Policy for CEU Courses

  • CEU course purchases are final once access has been issued
  • Refunds are not provided for:
    • Failure to complete the course
    • Lack of CEU acceptance by an employer or licensing board
    • Technical issues related to the participant’s device or internet access

Technical Support

  • Technical support for CEU course access may be provided by the third-party platform
  • Participants may contact Anagail Health Training Institute for general assistance or guidance if needed

Limitation of Responsibility

Anagail Health Training Institute is not responsible for:

  • Course content provided by third-party providers
  • CEU approval status or accreditation

By enrolling in a CEU course, participants acknowledge and agree that:

  • CEUs are issued by a third-party provider
  • Anagail Health Training Institute is not the CEU issuing body

Anagail Health Training Institute is exempt from authorization by the Georgia Nonpublic Postsecondary Education Commission (GNPEC) under O.C.G.A. § 20-3-250.3(a)(3).

All programs are non-credit and are offered for continuing education and professional development purposes only. Programs are intended for individuals with prior education, training, or experience in a related field. Completion of any program does not grant academic credit, state licensure, or professional certification.

Anagail Health Training Institute issues certificates of completion only. Continuing Education Units (CEUs), where applicable, are provided through third-party organizations, such as Activated Insights. Acceptance of CEUs is determined by the participant’s employer or licensing authority.
