Overview
This training is designed for individuals with prior experience in healthcare, administrative support, or workforce-related roles who want to expand their knowledge in specimen collection procedures and drug testing workflows. Participants will learn foundational concepts related to DOT and non-DOT specimen collection, including documentation, chain-of-custody procedures, and real-world collection scenarios based on current industry standards.
This is a continuing education and professional development program and does not provide state licensure or certification.
⚠️ DOT Training Notice
This training is designed to support the qualification requirements for DOT specimen collectors under 49 CFR Part 40.
The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) does not certify collectors. Employers and organizations determine collector qualification based on training, knowledge, and demonstrated proficiency.
A certificate of completion is issued upon training completion. This program supports initial qualification and ongoing 5-year proficiency requirements.
